I’m having trouble connecting to iTunes and I can’t figure out why. It’s been a really frustrating experience because I know that it’s something simple that I am missing but that other people are not.
The first thing to do is check your username and password. If you’ve never signed up for an Apple ID before, then this article will show you how!
-First, open up your web browser and head to the appleid.apple.com website from there. You’ll be able to create a new Apple ID that will allow you access to iTunes again.
-Next, go through the process of creating an account on this site by entering in some personal information like name, email address, etc. Your password should be at least eight characters long with symbols or numbers mixed in as well. Make sure it’s something easy for yourself but difficult for others so that they can’t get past these security measures!
