We have a sales manager who is earning around £33,000-£35,000 with the sales team, and some other staff who earn a range of different salaries.

Our finance manager, our HR Director, and our marketing manager are all in the range of 35,000 -40,000. Our sales manager is making a little over 36,000. That’s pretty damn good for a small company.

The average salary for a marketing manager at a small company is about 30,000, so it’s great. But the good news is that the average salary for a sales manager is around 27,000. Thats really good, because if you have salespeople who are being paid 40k and above, you’re doing something right.
